All the food is prepared fresh and is flash frozen. This ensures the food maintains all the nutritional value. The food will arrive in frozen form.

There are several ways to prepare the meals. You can either leave one out to defrost in the fridge, or simply pop it into the microwave.

In frozen form the food can last up to 12 months in a deep freezer, however we recommend consumption within 6 months so the flavour is not altered. Once the food is defrosted we recommend consumption within 24 hours.
